We want you to be completely satisfied with your resortwear purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please ensure that swimwear is returned with the hygienic liner intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your polos, trousers, or swimwear in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and accessories are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
